The International Kite Festival will begin this year on Friday, May 24 at noon at the south side of the Wildwoods Convention Center, following the “Unlocking of the Ocean” Ceremony.

Festivities and experiences at this 4-day event include:

• Media Day Kite Show,

• Kite Sales,

• a “Nite Kite Show,”

• Friday Night Welcome Social,

• “Learn to Fly” fields,

• a Memorial Fly,

• Fighter Kites,

• Kite Flying demonstrations, workshops, and much more!

Event activities will take place outside on the beach at Rio Grande Avenue in Wildwood, as well as inside the Wildwoods Convention Center.
