Come welcome Santa and his helpers as they parade through the Wildwoods!

Our Christmas Parade begins at 6:30 pm on Friday, December 6 starting from North Wildwood – heading into Wildwood, and ending at Byrne Plaza (3400 Pacific Avenue, between Oak & Cedar Avenues) with a Tree Lighting Ceremony, Awards Ceremony, and Winter Festival fun!

PARADE ENTRIES

• Parade registration and check-in begins at 5 pm at the North Wildwood Recreation Center (10th & Central Avenues). All entries will need to check in between 5 and 6 pm to receive their lineup details.

• Parade Lineup begins at 5:30 pm, and the Parade will start promptly at 6:30 pm.

ROUTE & MAP

• Parade lineup begins at 5:30 pm along Central Avenue in North Wildwood, and steps off 16th Avenue at 6:30 pm following a NEW ROUTE! Click here to view the Parade Map in your browser and print or download. Route details are also listed below.

• Parade starts at 16th Avenue in North Wildwood and heads SOUTH along Central Avenue.

• It continues SOUTH onto Pacific Avenue through the Holly Beach Station Mall to Spicer Avenue in Wildwood – where it will turn (heading WEST) towards New Jersey Avenue.

• At New Jersey Avenue, Parade turns back NORTH proceeding to Oak Avenue – where it turns (heads EAST) ending at Byrne Plaza (3400 Pacific Avenue, between Oak & Cedar Avenues).

TREE LIGHTING

• A Tree Lighting Ceremony will immediately follow the Parade, beginning at approximately 8 pm in Byrne Plaza (3400 Pacific Avenue, between Oak & Cedar Avenues).

AWARDS CEREMONY

• An Awards Ceremony will be held, immediately following the Tree Lighting Ceremony, at Byrne Plaza.

• Parade Awards for Floats and Decorated Business Lighting Contest will be announced.

• Trophies will also be awarded to the following categories: Commercial, Community Service, Marching Bands and Public Service, and Individual/ Small Group.

RAIN DATE/ WEATHER-RELATED INFO

• Rain date is Sunday December 8. Should the Parade be postponed due to rain, the start time will be at 5 pm (4:30 pm lineup, with 4 pm registration).

• If the weather is uncertain, tune in to 98.7 the Coast or visit the event website for confirmation of whether or not the Parade is rescheduled.
