Catch o’ the Day at The Wetlands Institute (Summer)

Discover what swims in the back bays as you help our staff drag a seine net through the water to find crabs, shrimp, fish and more!

Activity recommended for ages 8 and up. Younger children are welcome to attend and can assist in removing creatures from the net!

All patrons are invited to get their feet wet or wear waders during this activity.

Please note: This activity is tide-dependent and may not occur during low tide.

Low-Tide Alternative: No seine net – we will be using dip nets and fish condos instead.
