Avalon Garden Club’s Annual Flower Show

The Avalon Garden Club’s 40th Annual Flower Show will be held on Saturday, June 8 at Avalon Community Hall.

This year’s theme: “Here Comes Summer”

The show will be open to the public from 10 am to 3 pm. Admission is free. Donations are welcome to benefit the Club’s Beautification Projects.

This year’s show will be judged by the attending public as “People’s Choice” using pennies. Upon admission, each visitor will receive a bag of pennies (one for each class). Visitors can then vote by placing one penny into the coin holder of their favorite exhibit for each class. Children are invited to participate, too.

Voting will take place from 10 am to 1 pm. Winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony at 2 pm.
