Holiday Beach Tag Features
Holiday Beach Tags for Avalon and Stone Harbor are made available in limited quantities (until sold out), and for a limited time only through in-person sales during Thanksgiving Weekend each year. These tags are equivalent to regular seasonal beach tags giving you full season access, but feature festive holiday-themed designs unique to each town – making them the perfect stocking stuffers or thoughtful gift-giving ideas for any beach lovers on your list!
Either beach tag can be used to access both Avalon and Stone Harbor beaches (municipalities have reciprocal agreements), and are valid from Memorial Day through Labor Day for the upcoming season as per Borough ordinances.
Avalon Holiday Beach Tag Sales

Any remaining tags will be available for purchase, starting on Monday after Thanksgiving Weekend, at the Avalon Tax Collector’s Office at Avalon Borough Hall (3100 Dune Drive), Monday through Friday from 8:15 am to 4:15 pm.
Stone Harbor Holiday Beach Tag Sales

Friday – Sunday, November 29 – December 1: 10 am – 4 pm
Pricing: $32
Any remaining tags will be available for purchase at Stone Harbor Borough Hall (9508 Second Avenue), Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4 pm.

The Boroughs of Avalon and Stone Harbor have partnered with Jersey Cape Tags to offer their limited edition Holiday Beach Tags for online purchase – and shipped directly to your home. Online sales for Avalon are now open. Online sales for Stone Harbor are coming soon, so please check back often. You can even complete the special keepsake holiday look by adding a beach tag gift box to your cart.
A convenience fee of 5.8% + $0.60 per tag is already included in the price. Additional shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
