Located in downtown Stone Harbor, Isle of Wellness specializes in holistic care, including physical therapy, chiropractic, massage and other specialty services.
The studio also offers in-person yoga classes, in-person and online pilates classes, as well as private instruction.
Sol Luna Yoga
Located in downtown Avalon, Sol Luna Yoga offers in-person studio classes on select Saturdays during the winter, with more online options throughout the week.
Stone Harbor Yoga
Located in downtown Stone Harbor along the bay, Stone Harbor Yoga offers both in-person and online yoga classes with single session, class packs and unlimited options, as well as an on-demand library of videos with monthly memberships.
Surfside Fitness
Located in Avalon, Surfside Fitness offers drop-in, short-term, seasonal and year-round memberships, as well as select group fitness classes and personal training in the winter at both their Avalon and Sea Isle City locations.
