Veterans Day Ceremony in Avalon

Veterans Day is observed annually on November 11 for honoring military veterans.

Ceremonies will begin at 11 am in Avalon at Veterans Plaza with Commander Tom McCullough set to deliver an introduction and welcoming, followed by keynote speaker Mayor John McCorristin. All Borough departments will also be in attendance.

We will then continue our ceremonies in Stone Harbor starting at 12 noon, along with an Open House at the Post.

All are invited and encouraged to attend these events.
